The idea behind this espresso blend is marrying a specialty coffee from El Salvador with a fine robusta from Brazil to create a sweet, intense blend of the highest quality level that manages to "appeal to the masses" more than say a single origin light roasted arabica.
It is a medium to medium-dark roast, well before second crack, that retains the original characters and flavor attributes of both coffees while displaying depth and complexity and an intriguing fruity and sweet yet not acidic twist.
