Not sure how much coffee you need?

Cups a week 250g bag
1-4 1 bag a month
5-8 2 bags a month
9-12 3 bags a month
13-16 4 bags a month

1 cup of coffee = a 240 ml serving based on a 1:16 brew ratio

For example, if your brew ratio is 1 to 16 (often expressed 1:16, or 1/16), then for every one part coffee, you use 16 parts water. In other words, to prepare 1 cup of brewed coffee you would use 15g of ground coffee and 240 ml of water.

Hinter dem Kaffee

We source this coffee through Daniel from Cafe Imports.

It is from Atitlan which is a geographically diverse area, contributing to the citrus acidity and deep chocolate flavors of the coffees produced in this region. 90% of the coffees in this area are grown on the volcanic slopes surrounding Lake Atitlan. Winds blow across the cool waters, the rain is plentiful, and the soil is rich, all contributing factors to the varying microclimates and cup profiles from this area.

Finca Pampojilá is a historic farm in Guatemala that was founded in the 1850s by Manuel and Monica Diaz.

This farm has won many national awards throughout its history. In 2010 the farm was damaged by tropical storm Agatha, and sold from the Diaz family to the organization Agropecuaria Atitlán.

This event provided an opportunity for rejuvenation of the farm, including planting new varieties and building infrastructure to support new innovative processing techniques. The farm is thriving now.

Finca Pampojilpa is a member of the Association of Private Natural Reserves of Guatemala. 50% of the farm area is committed to remaining in its natural state as tropical forest.

Ruiru 11 is a hybrid cross of types including N39, SL-28, SL-34, Bourbon, Rume Sudan, Timor Hybrid, and others, developed in Kenya and released in 1985. Yes, Kenya, so of course it is juicy.

This coffee was picked to be the Austrian AeroPress 2026 Championship competition coffee for round 1 and semifinals.
